Ariel Shusterman, an F-16 fighter pilot and veteran dentist specialising in implantology, has been running his own dental clinic in northern Israel for the last decade and a half.
Eyal Zak, a Technion alumnus with a computer engineering degree, has worked for a decade at RAFAEL in the field of missile guidance and surveillance systems.
With 20 years of flying experience and familiarity with the technological capabilities for guidance, orientation and control of various systems, Dr. Shusterman decided to find an innovative solution that would meet his clinical needs as a dentist.
When Zak came to Shusterman's clinic as a patient, the connection between the two was formed.
When missile tracking
and air force technology meet
The meeting between Eyal Zak and Ariel Shusterman maximized the talents and experience of each of them and led to the development of an innovative technological tool in the field of dental implants. Based on artificial intelligence, the system is designed to help dentists place dental implants accurately, safely and efficiently.
